Terms

Last updated 2 October 2026

Plain terms for a site about mysteries. By using funbase.ai you agree to them.

The site

funbase.ai and the sites of our games, including Five Suspects, are run by Funbase LLC. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but they are provided as they are, without warranties, and we may change or retire parts of them.

Our cases and art

The cases, writing, illustrations, logos and design on this site belong to Funbase or are used with permission, as far as the law allows. You're welcome to share links, quote short passages and post screenshots to discuss a case, with credit. Please don't post a case's answer before Funbase has made it public.

Free case files

A free case file is for you and the people you play with: print it, mark it up, play it at home or with friends. Please don't sell it, republish it, or pass it off as your own.

Buying from us

Paid cases and memberships are sold through our store, and the store's checkout terms apply to each purchase, alongside these. Anything you've downloaded is yours to keep for personal use, even if you cancel.

Made with AI tools

Our illustrations are AI-generated, and AI agents draft and check each case. Every case is built to have exactly one answer you can prove from its clues. If you think one doesn't, tell us: we'd like to know.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Funbase isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
